Steps to obtain the service:
- Submit the request through the Human Resources Department in the entity where the beneficiary works
- Then submit the request through the electronic system
Requirements and conditions:
- Personal photo
- Copy of the UAE ID
- Copy of the marriage contract (for spouse)
- Copy of the birth certificate (for newborns)
Eligible categories:
- Sharjah Government employee/retiree and dependents (parents and unmarried, unemployed children).
